These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of original artworks and fine art prints through larissaeremeeva.com.
Every effort is made to represent artworks as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.
Original paintings are unique works of art. Minor variations in appearance between photographs and the actual artwork are natural and do not constitute a defect.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
For buyers within the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices.
For buyers outside the European Union, local taxes, import duties, customs charges and other applicable tariffs are not included in the displayed prices. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the shipping company or customs authorities in the destination country before delivery.
Please note that these charges vary by destination and are outside my control.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout, including PayPal and, where available, credit or debit card and Wero payments through WooPayments.
Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Artworks are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery. Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be provided during the ordering process or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance procedures.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable import charges, as described in Section 3.
Please contact me promptly if your order arrives damaged or does not match your order.
I want you to be happy with the artwork you choose. If you decide that your purchase is not right for you, you may return it in accordance with the following conditions and your applicable statutory rights.
For most online purchases by consumers in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify me clearly within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
Please handle the artwork with reasonable care and package it securely to protect it during transit.
Unless the artwork is faulty or was delivered incorrectly, the direct cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, provided this was communicated before purchase.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements, using the original payment method wherever possible.
The return of an artwork does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Custom-made or personalised artworks may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where a legal exception applies. Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact me promptly and include photographs where possible.
I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
All artworks, photographs, text and other content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Larissa Eremeeva or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Information provided when placing an order is used to process payment, fulfil the order and provide necessary customer service. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where the customer resides.
